Some of the things that set us apart from other builders and contractors start at the foundation with such things as superior site preparation, accurate forming, higher strength concrete with proper curing and saw cutting control joints. From there, tight, plumb, level and straight framing form the basis of an exceptional quality home. Even the small things like the underside of the eaves receive extreme attention to make rough lumber a finished product.
We only use composite wood or redwood for exterior trim, products that are knot-free and won’t rot, crack, split or peel. We only use top quality paint and even the caulking we use is of the highest quality and won’t shrink or crack. With that much attention to the outside, it only gets better on the inside with fit and finish that is unsurpassed.
